Faculty, Staff and Students 

Employees and students of Notre Dame may also receive the benefit of surplus property that would meet their needs. Products will be placed at fair market value and made available to faculty, staff and students prior to being offered to the public. This courtesy is made available for the employees and students for their own use or that of their immediate family.

General Public 

Notre Dame will make products available to the general public at given times and as needed to clear surplus property from the warehouse therefore reducing the number of products placed in the waste stream. Applicable sales tax will be collected and a ll sales are final and ownership transfers upon payment.

Recycling Program 

The University is committed to environmental stewardship throughout the purchasing/supply cycle. Appropriate efforts will be made to recycle products handled by this program if not sold or donated.

Computer Sales

Computer CPUs sold through NDSurplus will be reset to their original configuration using vendor restore CDs.  The purchaser is responsible for acquiring and installing other licensed software products.
