6/15/09 New contract signed with GovConnection for IT products

The University of Notre Dame and GovConnection have reached a three year preferred supplier agreement for the acquisition of IT products. GovConnection has been a preferred supplier since July of 2002, and continues to be a valued supplier to the University by providing a broad range of IT products, aggressive pricing, and excellent service. The high points of the new contract are:

• Deeper discounts on many commonly purchased products
• HP “Big Deal” discounts for better everyday prices on HP Laser and Inkjet printers and Scanners

This contract continues to feature:

• No additional Freight charges; standard freight is included in the price of the products with 2 day average shipping on in-stock products
• Thirty day return privileges when pre-authorized by our GovConnection contact
• No minimum purchase quantity or price
